MARCOPOLO RESORTS

PASSU & KAGHAN | PAKISTAN
Commercial | Architecture | 12,000 sq. ft

The Marcopolo Resorts in Passu integrate seamlessly at a collective and holistic level, never grasping the attention away from the rich context in which they reside. The roofing, a clean and contemporary twist on traditional pitched roofs, is a welcome addition to the rugged terrain in the periphery. Upon entering, a long, landscaped driveway leads the user to the low steps and winding ramp of the larger, central hut, inviting them inwards. Each subsequent building incorporates floor-length glass which allows for transparency through and beyond, serving as a meeting point for the outdoors and indoors.
