The design for this Karachi based commercial project revolves around adding warmth to the city’s concrete jungle. The building facade is clad in rich colored brick with steel shutters placed at intervals to hold the skin together. The verticality of the structure is balanced with horizontal concrete elements, visually marking out each floor. The final touch includes green terraces and planters, bringing a breath of fresh air to the user, outside and inside.
